We are a welcoming counseling practice built on compassion, encouragement, and hope. With a team of five therapists and 30 years of combined experience, we support individuals, couples, families, and children navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and life challenges. Here, you’ll find a safe space to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence. We look forward to helping you start living unbroken.
Who can we help?
If you are suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, or any other mental health diagnosis we would love to meet you and determine if we are the right fit to help you! If we cannot be of service to you we have a plethora of reliable referrals and resources.

What is the price?
Our team accepts private pay and insurance client's. The private pay cost for one therapeutic hour (50 minutes) is $125. We accept cash and credit card. When you sign up through Simple Practice you will be able to pay through your client portal. Insurance clients pay their copay or premium as decided by their policy.
Our Services
Trauma Services
We have therapists on staff who are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
Adolescent Services
We have therapists on staff who work with ages 5+ and help navigate diagnosis such as ADHD, Autism, and Auditory Processing Disorder.
Overall Mental Health
All of our staff offer therapeutic techniques that aid in healing from anxiety and depression. Katie is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy. Other staff members have experience working with Eating Disorders, Parenting, and Life Transitions.
Court Ordered Therapy
We have therapists on staff who have experience working with court-ordered clients. We do not offer Anger Management Courses, Parent Coordination, or Mental Health Evaluations.
