Jessica Oliver
Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Owner of Unbroken Counseling, LLC
Jessica Lilley Oliver is a licensed professional counselor-supervisor and the owner of Unbroken Counseling. Jessica grew up in a tiny place you may not know, Pea Ridge- and attended school and lived life in Ruston, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in 2013 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015.

Jessica is the wife to Grant and Mama to three beautiful children.

Living through trauma herself, it’s important to Jessica to help others navigate a way through the variety of emotions and responses that can be overwhelming. Jessica is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Hanna Harris
Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor and member of the National Board of Certified Counselors
Hanna Harris is a licensed professional counselor-supervisor and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. Hanna grew up in a small town in South Louisiana called Ponchatoula. She moved to Ruston, LA in 2013 to attend Louisiana Tech University. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2016 and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 from Louisiana Tech University.

Hanna moved to Shreveport and has been working as a counselor since 2018. She has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including children, adolescents, and families. Hanna has worked with children and adults who are experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and varying levels of trauma through the years.

Hanna is passionate about helping others navigate and heal from the trauma they have experienced. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Katie Winningham
Licensed Professional Counselor
Katie Winningham is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6.5 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Centenary College and her Master’s degree in Counseling from LSU Shreveport. Katie is passionate about creative problem-solving and helping clients cultivate greater mindfulness, intentionality, and emotional regulation. She has experience working with diverse populations and provides counseling services to individuals ages 16 and older. Her work is grounded in supporting clients as they build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of her clinical work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two
daughters, as well as reading, traveling, and cooking.

Katie offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Her private pay rate is $125 per clinical hour.
Megan Arant
Counseling Intern
Megan Arant is a counseling intern under the direct supervision of Jessica Oliver, Ragan Aple, and Hanna Harris. Megan grew up in a large town in North Louisiana called West Monroe. She moved to Ruston, LA in 2020 to attend Louisiana Tech University. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science in 2024 and is currently working toward her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Megan moved to Shreveport in May 2024 and is excited to start serving our community. She accepts clients of all ages and works with children and adults who are experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or autism.
​
Megan is accepting new clients at a rate of $30 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes).
