Ragan Aple

Licensed Professional Counselor and member of the National Board of Certified Counselors 

Ragan Aple is a licensed professional counselor and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. Ragan grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to Natchitoches, Louisiana in 2015 to begin her college career at Northwestern State University. She received two undergraduate degrees in Addiction Studies and Psychology in 2018 and continued her education by enrolling in the Clinical Mental Health Program. In 2021, Ragan earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

     She has been practicing in the field since 2021 where she has worked as a Functional Family Therapist in Child Welfare, a Group Therapy Leader at an Intensive Outpatient Hospital Program/Partial Hospitalization Program, and an individual therapist in private practice with couples, families, and children.

 

     Ragan specializes in trauma therapy, as she is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has an eclectic approach to therapy and uses specific theories with each individual client. She believes therapy is not ‘one size fits all’ and there is a unique solution to every unique problem.

Insurances Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield & United Healthcare

Private Pay Rate: $125.00 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes)

Accepts client’s 5 years old and up, couples, families, and court appointed cases.

Katherine Antley

Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor

Katherine Antley is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in Louisiana. She grew up in Ruston and feels deeply grateful to serve the community that shaped her. Katherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

 

Katherine has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families and began her clinical career providing in-home and community-based services to families involved with the child welfare system. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to care. Katherine believes in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen.

 

She works with ages 6 and up and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Katherine currently provides self-pay services only, with a rate of $80 per 53-minute session.
